Carolyn Ann Gooden age 64 of Russellville died Friday, July 15, 2016 at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville. She was born May 27, 1952 at Vidor, Texas to the late Effie Mae Chance. She was preceded in death by her mother; sister, Debra Hampton and infant brother James Chance.

Survivors are her husband of 24 years, Harold Dean Gooden, Jr. a son, Tracey Cross of San Francisco, California; daughter, Carol Inyana of Russellville; God-daughter, Anika Jade Guthrie of Sulfork, Virginia and two grandsons, David and James Howell.

Memorial service will be held 11:00AM Tuesday July 19, 2016 at the Veterans National Cemetery in Fayetteville.
