Carolyn Lacy age 69 of Danville went to be with her heavenly Father on August 21, 2016 surrounded in love by her family.

Born in Jacksonville, Alabama, January 16, 1947 to the late Henry Ford & Louise Goolsby McCollum. Carolyn was preceded in death by her mother & father; sister Mary; first husband, Nick Berkey; and beloved grandson, Jordan.

She is survived by her husband Jack Lacy Sr; children, Margaret Tilson, Patricia Fulgaro, Lori Lacy, Jaqi Keith, Jack Lacy Jr.; siblings, Chuck McCollum, Linda Ledesma; Martha Taylor; Malcom McCollum; Larry McCollum; Robert McCollum; 11 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and 4 fur babies.

Carolyn loved her family and her family in Christ. Her light on earth went out but now she is shining bright in heaven.

Memorial service will be 10 am Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at the Church of Christ with Rev. Ralph Weinhold officiating.
