Carolyn Murphree age 77 of Russellville passed away January 18, 2022 at her home.

She was born January 2, 1945 in Portland, Arkansas to the late Brownlo & Elva Ward Collins. She was a health care worker for Area on Aging. She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, James L. Cook and Doyle Murphree; sons, Frank Denney and James H. Cook; great-grandbaby, Gabriel Micheal Bishop; and great-great-grandbaby, Colten Ryker West.

Survivors include her daughters, Deborah Jenkins and Donna McIllwain both of Russellville; sisters, Darlene Reynolds of Centerville; Elaine Arthur of New Blaine; brothers, Johnny Collins of Centerville; 11 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
