Carolyn Marie Needham age 77 of Waldron passed away Thursday, August 12, 2021 at her home.

She was born March 1, 1944 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to the late James "Boots" & Marie Pledger Moudy Sr. Carolyn's number one priority was her family and grandchildren. She was a devoted member of the Waldron Free Will Baptist Church and she had complete faith in the Lord. She was a homemaker. She also enjoyed fishing, golfing, crafts and adding to her rooster collection.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Needham; daughter & son-in-law, Lisa & Mark Smith; son, Arlen Monday; parents; brother, Jamie Moudy Jr.; father of her children, Johnny Monday.

Survivors include her sister & brother-in-law Martha & Clyde Simmons of Lavaca; sister-in-law, Carolyn Ratterree of Fort Smith; daughter-in-law, Mellissa Monday; grandchildren, Matthew Monday of Houston, TX.; Stephen & Cheyenne Smith of Waldron; Caleb & Amber Smith of Waldron; great-grandchildren, Markus Smith & Cassie Smith; step great-grandchildren, Julian & Greyson; nephew, James Ratterree of Fort Smith.

Funeral service will be 1:00 pm Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at Heritage Memorial Chapel in Waldron. Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 pm Tuesday, August 17, at Heritage Memorial Chapel. Burial will be at 4:00 pm at Havana Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Matthew Monday, Stephen Smith, Caleb Smith, Stan Brewer, Tyler Brewer and James Ratterree.

Honorary pallbearers include Jerry Dobbs, Clyde Simmons and Roger Moore.
