Carolyn Ruth Lewis Rowe age 83 of Dardanelle died Friday, February 23, 2018 at Dardanelle Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born October 18, 1934 at Ola, Arkansas to the late Johnnie H. Lewis Sr. and Verda Eldridge Lewis. She was of the Baptist Faith, a faithful Christian, loving wife and the most wonderful mother in the world. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Harvey B. Rowe Sr.; infant son, Harvey B. Rowe Jr.; infant daughter, Carolyn Sue Rowe; brothers, Edward Lewis, James Lewis, Eugene Lewis; sisters, Leona Dobbs, Mildie and Mildred and Nina Boswell.

Survivors include her daughter, Sherrie Sosa and husband Frank of Dardanelle; brothers, Johnnie Lewis and wife Zell, Jim Lewis and wife Laura all of Dardanelle; sisters, Sue Henderson and husband Jim of Little Rock, Marie Caldwell and husband Chuck of Lake Havasu, Arizona; sisters-in-law, Ivy Jo Lewis of Benton, Betty Sue Lewis of Dardanelle; good friend, Evalyn Mannatt of Dardanelle; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Memorial services will be held at 10:00A.M., Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle with Larry Findley officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday, 5:00P.M. to 7:00P.M. at the chapel.
