Carrie Mae Kelley age 51 of Hartford passed away Thursday, May 14, 2020 at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith.

She was born June 8, 1968 in Paris, Texas to the late Robert & Margaret Kelley. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her companion, Joe Higman; daughters, Rose Higman of Hartford; Janie Roy & Dustin of Okarche, OK; sisters, Oleta Willis, Mary Crippen and Allen Engle; 6 grandchildren several and many other relatives and friends.

Burial will be at 2:00 P.M. Monday, May 18th, 2020 in Hunts Chapel Cemetery, Rover, Arkansas.
