Carson Blake Tanner age 15 of Russellville went to be with his heavenly father on Wednesday, April 18, 2018. He was born January 28, 2003 in Louisville, Kentucky to Melissa Ivy.

He is survived by his parents Robert Mikkelsen and Stephanie Tanner; brothers, Mark Tanner, Kaelin Tanner, AJ Tanner and Charlie Mikkelsen; sisters, Morgan Ernspiker, Reagan Tanner and Maali Tanner; grandparents, Dr. Steve and Mary Tanner, Eleanor Mikkelsen, Robert and Jackie Milstead; aunts and uncles, Kyle and Amanda Farrar, Matthew and Heather Tanner, Joshua and Jennifer Tanner, Michael and Micki Seville, Ken and Diane Lazarowicz.

Memorial Service will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, April 28, 2018 at the Presbyterian Church in Atkins.
