C.B. Lunsford age 78 of Russellville died Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at
Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home. He was born December 20, 1938 at
Blue Ball, Arkansas to the late Boyd and Bertha Yandell Lunsford. He was
a member of Crow Mountain Baptist Church. He loved riding motorcycles
and was a member of the Gold Wing Road Riders Association. C.B. also
loved hunting, fishing, dirt bikes and race cars. He was preceded in death
by his parents; two brothers, Bill Lunsford and wife Bonnie, and Don
Lunsford; as well as one sister, Olene Green.
Survivors include his wife, Jean Lunsford of Russellville; two sons, Randy
Lunsford and wife Jeri of Amarillo, Texas, and Steve Lunsford and wife
Melissa of Danville; one aunt, Vida Steerman of Waldron; three
grandchildren, Jeremy, Josh, and Brandon; and two great grandchildren,
Kason, Dawson and one expected granddaughter, Caroline.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Friday, October 6, 2017 at Crow
Mountain Baptist Church with Brother Howard Kiser and Brother Don Rose
officiating. Burial will be in Hunt Cemetery in Blue Ball. Visitation will be
held Friday, 9:30 am to 10:00 am at the church prior to the service.
Pallbearers will be Jeremy Lunsford, Josh Lunsford, Brandon Lunsford,
Rocky Lunsford, Dusty Billingsley, and Barry Billingsely.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Crow Mountain
Baptist Church Building Fund at Bank of the Ozarks or mailed to P.O. Box
10846, Russellville, Arkansas 72812.
