Cecil Dwaine Millsaps age 65 of Delaware passed away Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at his home. He was born February 4, 1954 at Scotia, California to the late Dale and Mary Tackett Millsaps. He was a member of the Volunteer Fire Department, he was a shooter at Hog Wild Pyro, he loved fireworks and tractors, setting on a pond bank and he was #1 in New Blaine. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dale Millsaps and Mary and Charles Parks.

Survivors include his wife, Kim Millsaps; three children, Chris Millsaps, Ryan Millsaps, Brooke Millsaps; siblings, Debbie Morden, Edward Parks, Clyde Parks and two grandchildren, Tucker Millsaps and Tinsley Millsaps.

Memorial services will be held at 10:00A.M., Saturday, August 10, 2019 at the New Hope Baptist Church in Dardanelle with Bro. Paul Farnam officiating.
