Charlene Rainey age 81 of Casa, passed away Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at Saint Vincent Health System. She was born July 27, 1944 in Waltreak, Arkansas to the late Edward Faye Rose and Rachel Elizabeth Noblett Rose. Charlene loved gardening with flowers, interior decorating, shopping at Kohl's, "glamping" but not without her decorative flowers and going on her Friday field trips. All kids were drawn to her warm personality and she raised many through her daycare from 6 weeks to school age. She was preceded in death by her parents; her siblings, Carroll Rose, Jimmy Rose, Brenda Treadwell, Danny Ralph Burfield and her great grandson, Remington "Rooster" Rainey.

Survivors include her husband of 65 years, Dariel Rainey; three children, Tim Rainey (Rhonda), Kim Mauldin (Steve), Mark Rainey (Renee); grandson that they raised, Waid Rainey; her siblings, Charles Rose (Leola), Larry Rose (Debbie), Debbie Holt (David), Randy Burfield; seven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; special niece, Stacie Morrell and a host of special friends and family.

Visitation will be held Friday, 1:00P.M. to 2:00P.M. at Cornwell Funeral Chapel in Dardanelle. Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Friday at Cornwell Funeral Chapel in Dardanelle with Bro. Gene Tanner officiating. Burial will be in Fitch Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Jason Rainey, Waid Rainey, Nicolas Rainey, Aaron Rainey, Taylor Rainey and Zachary Mauldin.

Honorary Pallbearers are Landon Growns and Taylor Garrett.
