Charles E. Dugan age 85 of Plainview passed away Sunday, October 18, 2020 in Hot Springs. He was born November 2, 1934 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Chester Dugan and Nellie Arnold Dugan. He was a member of the Plainview First Baptist Church and was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Fae Ann Dugan; two brothers, James "Buddy" Dugan, Earl Dugan and one sister, Dorothy Price.

Survivors include his son, Derek Dugan (Regeneia); two grandchildren, Andrew Mills, Charles "CJ" Dugan and two great grandchildren, Alexis Mills and Shawn Mills.

Memorial services will be held at 12:00pm Saturday, October 24, 2020 at the Plainview First Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the First Baptist Church, PO Box 358, Plainview, Arkansas 72857.
