Charles Thomas Fehil age 76 of Russellville passed away Sunday, October 17, 2021 at Stella Manor Nursing and Rehab Center. He was born February 19, 1945 in Chicago, Illinois to the late William Fehil and Margaret Foye Fehil. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Michelle Fehil and brothers, James Fehil and Joseph Fehil.

Survivors include his daughter, Kelly (Chris) Ruther of Russellville; one sister, Margaret (Jack) Hayes of Chicago, Illinois; one brother, John Fehil of Indiana; one grandson, Jimmy (Megan) Fehil of Russellville and his fur baby, Foxi.
