Chuck Gibbs Charles Eugene Gibbs age 66 of Russellville died Thursday, March 26, 2015 at the Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home. He was born April 24, 1948 at Beloit, Wisconsin to William Edward and Mary Mosetta Perron Gibbs Thomas. He was a contractor and preceded in death by his father, William Edward Gibbs and one brother, Edward Leroy "Pinky" Gibbs. Survivors include his mother, Mosetta Gibbs Thomas of Russellville; one sister, Pat Arnold of Y City; daughter, Melissa Lynn Gibbs; uncle, Arleigh Perron of Y City; nephews and niece, Jeff Gibbs of Bentonville; Joey Gibbs and Lenny Gibbs of California, Michelle Gibbs of California.
