Charles David Justin Waterman age 36 of Hector passed away. He was born February 21, 1981 at Dardanelle to Eddie Waterman and Debbie Holt Barnett. He was preceded in death by his son, Kendall Waterman; grandparents, Minnie Faye Holt, W.D. Waterman, Charles Waterman; great grandmother, Stella Waterman; uncle, Ronnie Holt and an aunt, Belinda K. Waterman.

Survivors include his parents, Eddie Waterman and wife Evelyn of Russellville, Debbie Barnett and husband Johnny of Havana; children, Cameron Waterman, Skylar Waterman both of Clarksville, Brianna Garrison of Oregon; brothers, Cody Waterman and wife Katie of Texas, Allen Frederick and wife Sarah of Oklahoma, Billy McNeely and wife Annie of Russellville, Lewis McNeely and wife Brandie of Conway, Michael McNeely and wife Chelsea of California, D.J. Davis of Conway, Jeremey Vaughn of Dover; sisters, Kayla Delgado of Dardanelle, Jessica Fryar and husband Matt of Dover, Whitni Vaughn of Dover; grandparents, Charles Clinton Holt of Danville, Lorene Standridge of Hector; three aunts; four uncles and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial services will be held at 10:00A.M., Saturday, October 28, 2017 at Calvary Temple Assembly of God Church, 3325 SR 124, Russellville, Arkansas with Pastor Devoe Campbell and Bro. Roy Smith officiating. Interment will be held at a later date.
