Charles Glenn Lawrence age 57 of Plainview went to be with his Heavenly Father, Sunday, June 9, 2019. He was born February 28, 1962 at Danville, Arkansas to the late Robert and Bobbie Sue Dacus Lawrence. He was a member of the Plainview First Baptist Church and he loved fishing, racing, his wife, his kids and his grandkids. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Gayla Lawrence; three sons, Charles Nicholas Lawrence "Nicky"(Allison), Corey Nathaniel Lawrence "CooDoo", Phillip Mikael Lawrence "Flipper" (Jennifer); four brothers, Eddie Joe Lawrence, Johnny Ray Lawrence, Larry Don Lawrence, Jimmy Lynn Lawrence; one sister, Mary Lawrence; four grandchildren, Carsyn Lawrence, Rhett-Mikael Lawrence, Addie Mayberry, Hudsyn Meadows and his mother-in-law, Theo Bollan Wideman.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Thursday, June 13, 2019 at the Plainview First Baptist church with John David Keeling and Jeremy Bull officiating. Burial will be private in Salem Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday, noon to 2:00P.M. at the church prior to the service.

Pallbearers will be Edwin Wells, Robert Dunn, Richard Tomlin, Bud Emery, Michael Dean Smith, Rusty Allen, Jeff Montgomery and Justin Lancaster.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Bill Lawrence, Jerry Lynn Carter, Robert Smith "Smitty", Evan Barnes, Billy Blankenship and Terry Owens "T.O.", Bill Gilkey and Heath Tate.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Two Rivers Elementary Backpack Program/Christmas Angels.
