Charles Proctor, age 64 of Russellville, passed away Saturday, July 23, 2022 at his home. He was born August 21, 1957 in Russellville, Arkansas to the late Francis James Proctor and Janet Belle Phillips. He loved riding his Harley and playing harmonica in his band, Slant Rock. Charles was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Richard Proctor "Rollo", Kenneth Proctor; daughter, Jennifer Carroll and the mother of his children, Donna Murphrey.

Survivors include his brothers, Phil (Janet) and Francis "Bud" Proctor; sister, Katie Proctor; daughter, Angela Proctor (Jonathan Yarbery); stepson, Jeremie; grandchildren, Austin Pollard (Heather), Malorie Hudson, Dillan Duvall, Alisa Long, Jacob Duvall, Makayla McCoy, Christopher Carroll; great grandchild, Bradley; special friends, Kevin, Robbie, Jimmy-Jo, Travis and many other friends and family.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00P.M., Saturday, August 6, 2022 at the First Assembly of God Church in Dardanelle.
