Charles Ray Smith, "Bicycle Charlie" age 77 of Belleville died Sunday, June 16, 2019 at Atkins Nursing and Rehab Center. He was born February 9, 1942 at Belleville, Arkansas to the late Floyd and Ruby Brand Smith. He was preceded in death by his parents; his stepfather, Phil Brock; a brother, Billy Gene Smith; nephews, Bobby Wayne Smith Jr. and Loyd Dale "Tiger" Bice Jr.

Survivors include his siblings, Bobby Smith of Belleville, Betty and Buddy Lipe of Danville, Georgia and Ray Smith of Lincoln, Linda Boren of Grove, OK; sister-in-law, Brenda Smith of Paris; special niece and caregiver, Debbie Bice of Danville and several nephews and nieces.

Memorial services will be held at 10:00A.M., Saturday, July 6, 2019 at Upper Spring Creek Cemetery.
