Charles Daniel Surrett, age 81, of Perryville, Arkansas, passed away Monday, February 5, 2018. He was born June 29, 1936 in Anniston, Alabama, a son of Steve Daniel Surrett and Eva Lorene Pruett Surrett. He was of the Baptist Faith. He was an expert welder and enjoyed making his rounds visiting the Sheriff's Office. He was preceded in death by his brothers, David Surrett and Rex Surrett.

He is survived by his son, Charles "Mike" (Heather) Surrett of Perryville; his sisters, Betty Surrett, Shirley (James) Carroll, Ruth (Don) Baldwin; two brothers, Leon Surrett and Ernie Surrett all of Alabama. His grandchildren, Charleigh (Lucas) Harvey, Brittany Surrett, DJ Ryles and Brady Surrett, along with four great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00P.M., Thursday, February 8, 2018 at Needmore Cemetery in Casa. Visitation will be held Thursday, 11:00A.M. to 1:00P.M. at Cornwell Funeral Chapel in Dardanelle.
