Charlie Max Fowler age 89 of Dardanelle died Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Dardanelle Nursing and Rehab Center. He was born October 29, 1930 at Gilmer County, Georgia to the late James Solon and Grace Rollins Fowler. He loved to fish and go hunting. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Elsie E. Fowler; one son, Billy Wayne Covey and one sister, Carrie Payne.

Survivors include six children, Richard Fowler, Gene Fowler, Yvonne Bishop, Terry Fowler, Glenda M. Stevens, Judy Bolin; one brother, General Fowler  and several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery in Richmond, Missouri.
