Charlotte Raye Haralson age 62 of Belleville passed away November 3, 2022 at River Valley Hospice in Russellville.

Charlotte was born February 4, 1960 in Russellville, AR to Charles "Peck" & Louise Warnick Proctor. She was a member of the Ranger Freewill Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her father; brother, Rick Proctor; father-in-law, Bill Haralson; and brother-in-law, Tim Haralson.

Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Billy Haralson; children, Kaci & Billy McVay of Birdtown; Christopher Haralson of Clarksville; Whitney Stubbs of Atkins; grandchildren, Robert, Abigail, Morgan Stacy, Cadence, Bryson and Ella; sisters Linda Ford & Lee McElroy of Dover; Marcia & Mark Stang of Dover; brother, Mark & Sheila Proctor of Hector; sister-in-law, Lyn Haralson of Fairfax, VA.; mother-in-law, Ella Jane Haralson of Atkins.

Memorial service will be 2:00 pm Tuesday, November 8, at Ranger Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Shane Chancellor officiating.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 pm Monday at the funeral home.
