Charlotte Ann Solley age 83 of Rover passed away Saturday, June 27, 2026 at Mitchells Nursing Home.

Charlotte was born July 27, 1942 in Danville, Arkansas to the late Jim & Carrie Viola Hall Prince. She was a member of the Plainview First Baptist Church. She was a retired LPN.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Solley; parents; children, Regina Maughn, Jimmy Solley, Bobby Joe Solley, and Lorrie Cannon; brother, James Hall May.

Survivors include her son, Terry & Michelle Solley; daughter-in-law, Carrie Solley; siblings, Johnny May and Claudine May; 12 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Thursday. July 2, 2026 at the Jesus Name Pentecostal Church with Terry Solley and Stacy Lisenby officiation. Visitation will be 1:00 to 2:00 pm before the service at the church. Burial will be at Salem Cemetery.
