Cheryl Jean Mullins, age 72, of Belleville died Saturday, January 28, 2017 at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center. She was born March 21, 1944 in Seattle, Washington to the late Eric and Mary Lorraine Low. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Gary Mullins; brother, Thom Low; daughter, Skye Amber Mullins and son-in-law, Larry Ellis.

Survivors include her children, Mary and Kenny Loyd, Dan and Mandy Murphy, Kelly Ellis, Nicolle and Brian Lamb, Jesseca and Nate Miller; Siblings, Kathleen Franklin, Susan Schoen, Eric Low, Jim Low, Mary Ellen Kratt, Jane Frances Low, Terry Low, Elizabeth Mosca, Ann Hamilton; grandchildren, Sara, Amanda, John Daniel, Truman, Axl, Brandon, Tyler, Zak, Kiley, Colin, Connor, Zoe, Alex; great grandchildren, Kaitlin, Ashley, Tyler, Jesse, Annabelle, Emma, Addy Mae, Taylor and Cole.
