Connie Fay Bridges age 90 of Dardanelle, formerly of Tulare, California died Sunday, March 5, 2017 at Russellville Nursing and Rehab Center. He was born January 9, 1927 at Clinton, Arkansas to the late Cecil Owen and Vinny Cossey Bridges. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife of 58 years, Leona Cook Bridges; two brothers, Herman Bridges, Gerald Bridges; one sister, Maudie Nelson and a brothers-in-law, Clyde Nelson and Doc Cox.

Survivors include his children, Dale Bridges of Tulare, California and Sherri Bridges of Oregon, Gary and Patti Bridges of Bakersfield, California, Brenda and Tony Chronister of Dardanelle; three sisters, Doris Turner and husband Ed of Norwood, Missouri, Naomi Cox of Tulare, California; two sisters-in-law, Marie Bridges of Coarse Gold, California and Viola Bridges of Tennessee and eight grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00P.M., Friday, March 10, 2017 at Brearley Cemetery in Dardanelle. Visitation will be held Friday, 12:30P.M. to 1:30P.M. at Cornwell Funeral Home in Dardanelle before the service.

Pallbearers will be Tony Chronister, Kurt Chronister, Jesse Withnell, Dale Bridges, Gary Bridges and Leonard Waldron.
