Connie Ruth PhillipsTinsley age 44 of Glendale, AZ. formerly of Havana passed away August 7, 2011 at her home.

She was born November 25, 1966 in Dardanelle, AR. to the late Paul & Eva Moats Phillips. She was an Air Force Veteran, a Red Cross Volunteer.

Preceded in death by her parents; infant brothers Bruce Allen & Dwight Warren Phillips.

Survivors include husband of 23 years Jeremiah Tinsley; sons Joshua Tinsley and Jericho Tinsley of the home; siblings & spouses; John & Sandra Phillips of Pottsville; Paulette & James Crabill of Dardanelle; Carrie & Jimmy Graham of Pine Bluff; Jerry & Sonja Phillips of Murfreesboro; Jimmy & Laura Phillips of Kansas; Jason & Sirina Phillips of Havana; her companions, Abbie, Sadie, Sedona, Penny and Pooh.

Funeral Service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday August 12, 2011 at Robinson Point Church in Harkeys Valley. Burial will be at Russell Cemetery in Belleville.

Pallbearers include James Crabill, Jason Phillips, Jimmy Phillips, Jamie Robinett, Joshua Tinsley and Jerry Phillips. Arrangements by Cornwell Funeral Home Danville, AR.
