Crystal Hale Crystal Gail Witt Hale age 35 of Russellville died Monday, March 5, 2012 at her home. She was born February 15, 1977 to James Chester Witt and Debra Jane Witt. She attended Oakland Heights Assembly of God Church in Russellville. She loved God and her kids, spending time with family, friends and shopping with her mother. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Claude and Lela Garrison and Chester and Margaret Witt; three uncles, Larry Garrison, Thurman Garrison, and Ricky Witt. Survivors include her parents, James Witt and wife Kathy of Centerville, Debbie Witt of Russellville; two children, Ethan and Emily Hale of Pottsville; brother, Clayton Witt and wife Kelly of Centerville; sister, Chastity Henry and husband Gary of Bryant; and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 10:00A.M., Friday, March 9, 2012 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle with Bro. Roy Chism and Bro. Euel Nordin officiating. Burial will be in Petillo Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers: Robert Scott, Larry Don Payne, Hal Vaughn, John Birge, Josh Titsworth, Boyce Shaddon Honorary Pallbearers will be her Sunday school class and coworkers of Kids First in Morrilton.
