Curtis Wayne "Curt" Dunnam age 80 of Pocola, Oklahoma passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at Pocola Health & Rehab Center in Pocola, Oklahoma. Curt was born June 28, 1934 in Jonesboro, Arkansas to the late John Robert Lee & Mary Mavis King Dunnam. He was a Korea Navy Veteran. A member of the VFW Post 2259 Conway, AR where he served as Chaplain and Commander. He was also a trucking driver. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, H.L. Dunnam and sister, Peggy Travis. Survivors include his children, Steven Dunnam of Danville; Carman Dunnam of Spiro, OK; Robert Smith of Michigan; Angela Hestilow Barham of Havana; Lecia Hauxwell of Michigan; grandchildren Kierra Dunnam, Kayla, Tiphani, C.J., Steven, and Jacob Tice; Margaret MacKay and Kaleb Kolb; nephews, Gerald Dunnam of Rover; Virgil Dunnam of Centerville; niece Debbie Bice of Mulberry. Memorial service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 14, 2015 at the home of Carman Dunnam and Lynn Carey 18429 West Rd, Spiro, Oklahoma, with Gerald "Bubba" Dunnam Jr. officiating.
