Cynthia Gail Johnson age 60 of Havana passed away Saturday, December 23, 2017 at the Chambers Memorial Hospital.

She was born February 11, 1957 in Phoenix, AZ. To the late Robert Faye & Jimmie Lois Spencer Smith. She was a mother and homemaker, a member of the Grace Memorial Baptist Church where she loved working with the children.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Phillip Johnson; brothers, Donny Ray Smith and David Allen Smith.

Survivors include her children, Shelly Western of Danville; Sandra & Josh Robinson of Belleville; Sam Johnson & Ricky Adair of Danville; Phillip & Courtney Johnson of Danville; Jimmy Johnson of Havana; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at the Moore's Chapel Church. Visitation will be 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Tuesday at the funeral home. Private burial will be at Moore's Chapel Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Phillip Johnson, Jimmy Johnson, Josh Robinson, Ricky Adair, Lewis Kemp and Travis Western.
