Daniel Robert Lee Kalk 2 months old of Ola passed away August 8, 2016.

He was born June 3, 2016 in Forrest City, Arkansas to Shelly Marie Kalk. Survivors include his mother; sisters, Natalie & Nadia; brothers, Dillon & Darron; grandparents, Donnie Lee Kalk, Cindy & Lynn Ryan, Sylvia & Robert Lee Johnston; great-grandmother, Jo Ann Annis and many other aunts, uncle and cousins.

Graveside service will be 9 am Saturday, August 13, 2016 at Salem Cemetery in Plainview.
