David Lee Blevins, age 62 of Russellville, passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at his home. He was born October 20, 1961 in Fort Worth, Texas to the late Leo Blevins. David was preceded in death by his father; his son, Devin Blevins; sister, Laura Blevins and his father-in-law, Clovis Qualls.

Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Patricia Blevins; two children, Lacey Thomas (Josh), Sarah Blevins; one sister, Terri Blevins Reyes; one brother, Anthony Blevins and five grandchildren, Landon, Fulton, Fletcher, Finley and Mazi.
