DC Middleton

DC Evert Middleton age 83 of Dardanelle died Thursday, December 8, 2016 at St. Vincent Medical Center in Little Rock. He was born November 1, 1933 at Pleasant Plain, Arkansas to the late Cleddie and Ora Robertson Middleton. He attended the Flat Rock Baptist Church. He was the owner of Catfish Ahoy in Fort Smith, Van Buren and Midwest City, Oklahoma. He loved to go fishing for crappie and catfish. He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Treva Y. Middleton; four brothers and four sisters.

Survivors include his wife, Martha Evelyn Middleton of Dardanelle; children, Treva Pat Davis and husband Ron of Russellville, Darrel Middleton and wife Marjean of Dardanelle, Carol Elliot and husband Lew of Canyon Lake, Texas, Debra K. Hays and husband Alan of Globe, Arizona, Teresa Crites and husband Jeff of Greenbrier, John Ketcherside of Ola, Sandra Ketcherside of Ola, Laura Westbrook of Dardanelle; One sister, Alma Sliter of Centerville; sixteen grandchildren and many great grandchildren and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00A.M., Friday, December 16, 2016 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle with John David Keeling officiating. Burial will be Private in Brearley Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday, 10:00A.M. to 11:00A.M. at the chapel prior to the service.
