Deborah Joy Hegel age 64 of Dover, passed away Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at her daughter's home. She was born September 29, 1961 in Sacramento, California to Harry Hegel and Verna Rogers Hegel. Deborah Hegal is a daughter of Christ. She repented of her sins and was baptized in Richland Creek at 62 years old. Thank you Lord for your mercy. She enjoys music and dance, lived a carefree life even more now as she lives a Heavenly abode. She was preceded in death by her father, Harry Hegel.

Survivors include her three children, Janell Carabajal (Jimmy), Delilah May Biggs, Pam Biggs; her mother, Joy Hegel; siblings, Judy Howard, Troy Hegel and two grandchildren, Abigail Carabajal and Eithun Carabajal.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00A.M., Friday at Cornwell Funeral Chapel in Dardanelle.
