Debra Sue Crum age 54 of Havana passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at Arkansas Heart Hospital in Little Rock. She was born October 18, 1960 in Memphis, Tennessee to the late John Grady & Barbara Sue Corley Canada. She was a member of the New Life Outreach Church. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Oliver & Lola Corley; parents; brothers, Steven Canada; John Wesley Canada; infant sister, Jonnie Faye Canada. Survivors include her husband of 25 years David Crum; her children, Anthony Brothers (Carmen) of Dardanelle; Joey Basuldo (Jessica); Barbara Gomez (B.J.); Brandi Hernandez (Armando) all of Ft. Worth, TX; Chelsea Crum ( Kass Balentine) of Havana; brothers, John Canada of Waveland; Robert Canada, Mark Canada, Rodney Canada all of Magazine; Brian Canada of Booneville; sister Mary Ann Bradley of Warren, AR; 8 grandchildren; special niece and nephew, Jonathan & Barbara Canada of Havana. Memorial service will be 5:00 p.m. Friday, April 10, at the New Life Outreach Church with Rev W.A. Gorman officiating.
