Debra Ann Garrett, 63 of Atkins passed away Saturday, June 4, 2022 at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home. She was born January 3, 1959 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Charlie Parker and Orvilee Savage Parker. She was a member of the South New Hope Assembly of God Church in Pottsville and she loved watching soap operas. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 40 years, Dennis Garrett.

Survivors include her daughter, Sharon Davis (Tyler); her siblings, Teresa Williams (Montie), Ricky Parker, Cindy Shelton, Sheila; grandchildren, Sebastian Davis, Willow Davis and an aunt, Quinita Spears (Harvey).
