Delena Kathryn (Kay) Moore Passed away Feb. 4, 2015 at Birchwood Health Care , Forest Lake , MN. Born to George Henry Moore and Jewel Evelyn Moore on April 5, 1933 In Dardanelle, Ark. She moved to Topeka, Kansas, where she worked has a waitress and later became a LPN and did home health care. She has one son Benny Ray Moore. She moved to Forest Lake, MN. in 2010 to be close to sister Betty and family. She enjoyed Plants, flowers and collecting unicorns and angels. She is preceded in death by mother, father, brothers, Jessie, Charles, and Harold and sister Laura, also nephews Randy Moore, John Smith and niece Jacklyn Smith. Survived by her son, Benny Ray Moore; sisters, Lucille Ellison of Pine Bluff, Ark. and Betty Dawley of Forest Lake, MN.; several nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be held at 2:00P.M., Saturday, February 14, 2015 at Cornwell Funeral Home Chapel in Dardanelle with Bro. John McCourt officiating. Visitation will be held Saturday, 1:00P.M. to 2:00P.M. at the chapel prior to the service.
