Dennis Applebaum Dennis Wade Applebaum age 73 of Russellville, formerly of Denver, Colorado died Thursday, June 25, 2015 at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home. He was born June 6, 1942 at Denver, Colorado to the late Louis and Bernadine (Wade) Applebaum. Dennis was a member of the Air National Guard for 6 years and as a young man lived a life full of adventure. He enjoyed traveling the world doing oceanographic research for several years and enjoyed flying as a private pilot. He married his wife of 46 years, Pat (Vineyard) May 29, 1969 and raised two children. For 35 years he worked as a sales manager of electronics in the Denver area. He was raised as an Episcopalian and grew up a member of St. Luke's parish in Denver. Currently is a member of All Saints, Russellville, AR. Throughout his life he enjoyed his faith and church family and loved participating in different ministries and duties of the church. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife, Pat Applebaum of Russellville; two children, Randy Applebaum and wife Peggy of Parker, Colorado, Teresa Applebaum and Don Stenson of Kailua, Hawaii; one brother, Marc Applebaum and wife Alice of Denver, Colorado; grandchildren, Kristy Applebaum, Ryan Applebaum and Sarah Labishak, Wade and Damon Applebaum, Natasha, Talia and Sage Stenson; one great grandchild, Ayla Stenson and many other family and friends. A memorial service will be held Wed., July 1, at 11:00 am at All Saint's Episcopal Church, 501 S. Phoenix, Russellville, AR with Rev. Angi Tharakan officiating. Interment, to be announced later, will be at Saint Luke's Episcopal Church, Denver, CO. A gift, in lieu of flowers, in Dennis' memory can be donated to All Saint's Episcopal Church for either Neighbors' Table or the Organ Fund.
