Dennis Lealon Orman age 67 of Danville, AR. former resident of Ponchatoula, LA., passed away Friday, June 24, 2016 at his home.

Dennis was born January 4, 1949 in Parma, Mo. to the late Lealon H. & Lorene Nelson Orman. He graduated from Parma High. He was a member and Deacon of Killian First Baptist Church. He was a U.S. veteran of the Vietnam War and served in the Marines as a Sargent. He retired from U.S. Joiner where he was the safety director for the Gulf Coast. Dennis married Susan Gerleman on August 20, 1982. He was a proud husband, father, grandfather and loyal friend.

Preceded in death by his parents, Lealon & Lorene Orman.

Survivors include his wife of 34 years Susan Orman; daughter, Nicole Orman; son, Lealon Orman both of Baton Rouge, LA.; brother, Donald Nelson of Doe Run, MO.; granddaughters, Ajanae Jones, Brooklynn Orman, Ashlyn Orman and Bella Orman; several nieces and nephews

Funeral service will be 10:30 am Monday June 27, 2016 at Waltreak Methodist Church with Rev. Pat Millard officiating. Visitation will be 9:00 to 10:30 am before the service at the church.

In Lieu of flowers, family requests memorials be made to The M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, 1515 Holcombe Blvd. Houston, TX. 77030.
