Derald Dewayne Caery Sr. age 42 of Ola died Friday, May 18. He was a good husband, great father and known as the family protector. He was an employee of Tyson Foods in Dardanelle. He is preceded in death by a his father, Otis Caery Sr., son, Tavion Caery, grandfather, Dave Graham Sr., father who raised him, Robert Anderson. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Caery, mother and stepfather, Jessie and George Thompson of New Orleans, Louisiana, grandmother, Neomia Graham of Merced, California, five sons, Derald Jr., Otis II, Devin, Jordan and Matthias, sister, Tanisha Anderson of Merced, California, brother, Robert Anderson Jr., of Merced California, currently serving in Afghanistan and many relatives and friends. Memorial service will be held at noon on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at Merritt Park in Dardanelle. Cremation arrangements are by Cornwell Funeral Home and River Valley Cremations in Dardanelle.
