Derick Couch Derick Wayne Couch age 32 of Dardanelle died Saturday, July 26, 2014 at his home. He was born January 24, 1982 at Russellville to Billy Wayne Couch and Sharon Kay Heinzelman. He was a 2000 graduate of Dardanelle High School and an employee of Hindsman and Son Tire. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Billy R. Couch and Benny and Evelyn Heinzelman. Survivors include his parents, Billy and Sharon Couch of Dardanelle; three children, Brittany, Colton and Zoey; one brother, William Kyle Couch of Dardanelle; several aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
