Dickie Earl Neal, age 77 of Dardanelle, passed away Thursday, December 21, 2023 at his home. He was born November 10, 1946 in Batesville, Arkansas to the late William Neal and Vivian Imogene Felton Neal. Dickie was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Mary Kathleen Neal and a brother, Johnny Claud Neal.

Survivors include his children, Richard Earl Neal, Pamela Sue Dunnam, Francesa Mary Louise Neal, Sarah Alysia Tamayo; one sister, Minnie Jean Poque and five grandchildren, Richard Earl Neal Jr., Heiden Lane Neal, Matthew Lee Dunnam, AJ Tamayo and Felix Tamayo.
