Donald Ben Broadbent, age 81 of New Blaine, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, September 4, 2021. He was born January 9, 1940 in Waterloo, Iowa to the late Ben Broadbent and Viola Meyers Broadbent. He was a devoted husband to Pauline Broadbent for 55 years. Their love was so strong, they were never apart. He was a postal worker for over 40 years. He was adorned by all who knew him. He taught Sunday School at St. Martins In the Field, Canoga Park, California for over 18 years. His faith in Jesus was apparent in everything he did. Don was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline Broadbent and two sisters, Darlene Hauptmeyer and Donna Mae Broadbent.

Donald is survived by his two children, Susan Broadbent and David Broadbent; daughter-in-law, Robin Broadbent; seven grandchildren, Rebecca, Lauren, Kelley, Steven and Monica Broadbent, Cara- Mia and Kayla Kobzeff; four great grandchildren, Henry, Anna, Eli and Delilah and two soon to be great grandchildren, Aubrey and baby Squires.

Graveside services will be held be at 10:00A.M., Sunday, September 12, 2021 at Elizabeth Hall Cemetery in New Blaine. Visitation will be held Saturday, 5:00P.M. to 7:00P.M. at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle.
