Donald Ray "Don" Frame age 81 of Danville passed away Friday, September 13, 2024 at Mitchells Nursing Home.

Don was born August 25, 1943 in Waveland, Arkansas to the late James Floyd & Zelia Agatha Shott Frame. Don was a National Guard Veteran; he owned and operated his own construction business for many years.

He was a member of the Quorum Court for 16 years, he played the steel guitar in the Ramblers Band for 40 years, he loved his classic cars and driving them in the parades. He was a member of the VAAC Auto Club. But most of all he loved spending times with his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 5 brothers and 2 sisters.

Don was survived by his wife of 59 years, Betty Lou Bowerman Frame; daughter, Sonya & Roger Ellis; grandchildren, Kane & Chelsea Inman; Kasey & Blake Ward; great-grandchildren, Kadem, Letti and Payton.

Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at the Danville First Baptist Church with Bro. Daniel Morris and Owen Yandell officiating. Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 pm Monday, September 16, at Cornwell Funeral Home in Danville.

Pallbearers include Kane Inman, Blake Ward, Kasey Ward, Jerry Payne, Jasper George, Mike Novinger and Ernie James.
