Donald Wayne "Dwayne" Lacy age 46 of Ola died Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at his home. He was born January 15, 1973 at Danville, Arkansas to Donald Ray Lacy and Patsy Brothers Hales. He loved hunting, working and fishing and he was preceded in death by his father, Donald Lacy; stepfather, Carl Hales; grandfather, Junior Brothers; grandparents, John and Tippie Lacy and five uncles.

Survivors include his mother, Patsy Hales of Plainview; children, Meghan Vess (Michael), Cody Lacy (Jamie), Chloe Lacy; stepchildren, Maggie Fowler, Jesse Fowler; his girlfriend, Dea Rae Fowler; grandchildren, Joseph Vess, Elisha Vess, Isaiah Vess, Lucas James and siblings, Billy Lacy (Angela), Ladonna Johnson (Jason), stepsiblings, Latonya Hullet, Jarvis Hales and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at Cornwell Funeral Chapel in Dardanelle with Bro. Stacy Lisenby officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday, 1:00P.M. to 2:00P.M. at the chapel prior to the service.
