Donna Sue Phillips age 69 of Dardanelle died Sunday, October 28, 2018 at Dardanelle Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born August 14, 1949 at Belleville, Arkansas to the late Ashley and Iva Opal Applegate Phillips. She was in a group home in Mena that she loved before coming to the Dardanelle Nursing Home. She loved watching Nascar and she never forgot a person's name once she met you. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Jack Phillips, Paul Phillips; four sisters, Gracie McCoy, Winona Faye Olson, Jean Vergith, Martha Heck.

Survivors include three brothers, Randy Phillips of Subiaco, Gilbert Phillips and wife Sandy of Mt. Home, James Herman Phillips of Malvern and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle. Visitation will be held Wednesday, 1:00P.M. to 2:00P.M. at the chapel prior to the service. Burial will be private in Harkey Valley Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Dardanelle Nursing Center or Hospice for their exceptional care of Donna Sue, she was happy.
