Dorothy Deloris Smith Beasley, age 65 of Plainview passed away Thursday, January 27, 2022 at her home. She was born October 25, 1956 in Danville, Arkansas to Cyril Smith and Dorothy Reeves Smith. She was a member of the Plainview Freewill Baptist Church. She enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren rotten. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Dale Smith, Jerry Smith and a great niece, Rayleigh Jo Emery.

Survivors include her daughter, Niki Burnett (Brent); two brothers, Dean Smith, David Smith (Vicky); two sisters, Nancy Gail Smith (Wayne), Jean Wilkins; four grandchildren, Cash Garrett, Cooper Garrett, Drake Burnett, Isabella Burnett; two nieces, Bailey Emery (Jake), Cindy Johnson (Jarrod) and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Funeral services will be held be held at 10:00A.M., Monday, January 31, 2022 at the Plainview Freewill Baptist Church with Loyd Miller and Ronnie Garrett officiating. Visitation will be held Monday, 9:00A.M. to 10:00A.M. at the church prior to the service. Burial will be in New Bethel Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Brent Burnett, Jake Emery, Wayne Smith, Jarrod Johnson, David Smith and Dean Smith.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Cash Garrett, Cooper Garrett and Drake Burnett.
