Dorothy Louise Garner age 88 of Belleville passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at her home.

She was born July 25, 1932 in Rocky Branch, Mississippi to the late William Benjamin & Lula Eleanor Broom Farve. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; Velzie "Dick" Garner; son, Ben Garner; son-in-law, Sam Schaffer; step-son, Wilburn Garner; step-daughter, Mildred McDaniel; brothers, Wilburn Farve, William Farve, Jesse Farve; sisters, Francis Peacock, Ruth Keaton; and half-brother, Willaby Farve.

Survivors include her children, Betty Schaffer; Cindy Garner; step-son, Bobby & Gladys Garner; sister, Lois & Clyde Epke; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces.

Graveside service will be 10:00 am Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Hunt Cemetery in Danville with Rev. Mark Gower officiating.
