Dorothy Papasan, 61 of Danville, passed away Friday, November 25, 2016 at Mitchell's Nursing Home in Danville. She was born February 2, 1955 in Danville to Tom and Jonnie Sue Hancock Hall. She was a retired manager of Dollar General in Danville.

She was preceded in death by her father, Tom Hall; sister, Beverly Tilmon; husband, Bill LoveJoy; grandparents, John and Myrtle Hancock, Jim and Lottie Hall; and father-in-law, Alvin Papasan.

Survivors include her husband, Mike Papasan; mother, Johnnie Sue Hall of Danville; daughter, Stormy Bottoms (Chris) of Havana; stepdaughter, Kelly LoveJoy Kimari (Henry) of Quinton, Alabama; stepson, Billy Papasan (Dee) of Russellville; brothers, John Tom Hall (Nancy) of Percy, Arkansas, Bryan Hall (Shelia) of Danville; grandchildren, Tristan Bottoms, Kennedy Bottoms, Zach, Collins, and Jovin Papasan, Josh Oltion, Courtney Archuleta, Lyndsie Blower, and Wesley Kimari; mother-in-law, Jo Papasan of Danville; nieces, Melissa and Benji White, Hope and Josh Vaughn, Suzy and David Tabor; and nephews, Jason Tilmon, Tracy Hall; and a host of family and friends.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, November 30, 2:00 p.m. at the Plainview First Baptist Church.
