Dortha Tyner

Dortha Kay Tyner age 59 of Atkins died Sunday, January 10, 2016 at Select Specialties in Fort Smith. She was born July 23, 1956 at Little Rock, Arkansas to the late William D. Travis and Fatha Faye Williams Kemp. She loved riding horses and Indian History. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Billy Kemp, Bobby Kemp, Don Kemp and one brother-in-law, Larry Bowden.

Survivors include her husband, Rick Tyner; one son, Michael Tyner; one daughter, Mellena Driver; one brother, Larry Kemp; two sisters, Mary Bowden and Brenda Shoop; four grandchildren, Anthony and Alex Tyner, Hannah and Joslyn Driver.

A family conducted memorial service will be held at 11:00A.M., Saturday, January 16, 2016 at the First Baptist Church in Pottsville with Reverend Jimmy Stewart officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Lung or Heart Association or Arkansas Children's Hospital.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Anthony and Alex Tyner, A.J. and Travis Bowden, Chris and Wil Shoop, Mitchell Nuckols.
