Dorthy Mae Geibe, 77, of Dardanelle passed away April 1, 2021 at Arkansas Heart Hospital in Little Rock. She was born March 28, 1944 in Antioch, California to the late Lloyd Steven Sheets and Lavoy Oglesby (Petillo). She was a lifetime member of Dardanelle First Presbyterian Church. Dorthy was a 1962 graduate of Dardanelle High School, a graduate of Arkansas Tech University, a member of the Dardanelle Business and Professional Women, and was active in Sand Lizard Band Boosters. She was a banker for Arkansas Valley Bank, now Centennial Bank for 48 years. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 44 years, Richard "Dick" Geibe and a brother, Lloyd Sheets.

Survivors include two children, Carol Spears (Kurt) of Dardanelle, Nancy Geibe Wasson (Jeff) of Rogers; two sisters, Willodean Sisson (the late Kenton Sisson), Juana Weatherall (the late James Weatherall); one sister-in-law, Peggy Sheets and three grandsons, Makenna Austin Spears, Karsen Lane Spears, Berkeley Maxwell Wasson, and a granddaughter, Murphee Adriel-Mae Wasson.

Visitation will be held Saturday, April 3, 2021, 2:00P.M. to 4:00P.M. at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle for close friends and family. Social distancing and masks, please.
