Douglas B. Davis age 85 of Rover passed away Thursday, September 9, 2021 at Chambers Memorial Hospital.

He was born November 21, 1935 in Independence, Kansas to the late Cleo L. & Sarah L. Mobley Davis. He was a United State Army Korean Veteran, he was retired from Black & Decker, member of the Plainview VFW and Honor Guard.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Davis; parents; and two brothers.

Survivors include his sons, Veron Davis of Alamogordo, New Mexico;

Douglas B Davis Jr. of Rover; daughter, Barbara Cortez of Lani City, Hawaii; sister, Rebecka Rankin of Las Vegas, Nevada; five grandchildren; nephew, Gary Davis of Filer, Idaho and niece, Debbie Rouse of Buhl, Idaho.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
