Doyle Steven Gilbert age 72 of Conway died Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at home. He was born February 16, 1945 at Conway to the late Doyle and Nancy Sims Gilbert. He dedicated his life to his children, grandchildren and his precious great-grandbaby and he was an employee of Smith Ford for over 40 years. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his four children, Darrin Gilbert and Scottie Gilbert of Conway, Tracy Gilbert-Faulkner (Dan), Brandi Embry (Markus) of Russellville; six grandchildren, Steven Karnes (Sarah), Logan Gilbert (Sarah), Devin Gilbert, Austin Hart, Brandon Hart and Adrian Embry; great-grandchild, Brinley Gilbert.

A memorial service will be at a later date.
